InsideInsights ("us", "we", "our") operates the InsideInsights website (the "Service").

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Uploaded files (body composition reports)
• Goals provided for analysis
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Usage Data

Uploaded Files and Goals

When you upload a body composition report (PDF, JPG, PNG) and provide your goals, this data is sent to our server for temporary storage and processing by our AI model. The uploaded file content and your stated goals are used solely for the purpose of generating your body composition analysis report.

Payment Information

We use Stripe for processing payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as the transaction ID and the status of the payment, which is used to confirm successful purchases and trigger the analysis.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Use of Data

InsideInsights uses the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process payments for the analysis service
• To provide AI-powered analysis of your body composition reports based on your goals
• To deliver the analysis results to you
• To provide customer care and support related to the service
• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
• To monitor the usage of the Service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues

Data Retention and Security

Uploaded report files and the extracted text/images are stored temporarily on our server only until the AI analysis is completed and the results are saved. Once the analysis is saved, these temporary files are automatically deleted. The structured analysis results are stored temporarily for a limited time (currently 7 days) to allow you to access them. After this period, the analysis results are also deleted from our servers.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
